In my attempts to be an online interfaith peacemaker I soon realized that digital communication would not help much in changing hearts and minds unless average computer users become Web literate, that is, savvy and able handlers of digital information such as text, photos, and videos. Many younger people are there already, but older folk tend to lag behind in computer skills. Therefore, to help the awkward and meek in cyberspace I started this blog, CyberKen, to teach Web literacy. Here you will find easy-to-understand articles and videos about inexpensive and in most cases free tools for Web productivity.
There are more than one hundred posts now, so there may be stuff buried in the stack that you’d like to see which you’ll miss unless you use the search window at the top of the screen.

Hiya. I stumbled across your page by accidental but was glad that I took a second to look. My friend and my friends have recently started a huge lot of internet research for apartments in Italy and where to find out info and other stuff. By the way, thanks for the information – happy I found it by mistake and will share with my friend. With research I quickly began organizing information about Florence apartments for my blog.

Whilst I would have valued it much more if you added in a video or at the least images to back up the description, I still thought that your content quite helpful. Excuse me for taking so long to answer your comment at CyberKenBlog. I had a disk crash and lost my licensed version of Sony Vegas, and couldn’t prove that I had purchased and licensed it. So, I switched programs. I’m now using CyberLink Power Director. I’m also very fond of Windows Movie Maker. Simple and very handy!
Look for an upcoming post about using that program.

In the Dashboard of your WordPress blog, go to Plugins, click on “add new” and in the search window that appears type “twitter updates”. You will then see a list of plugins for showing your latest twitter posts in the sidebar of your blog (or other locations, depending on where you put the widget for that plugin.)
